One defines tattooing by the permanent colourization of a part of the body through the introduction of pigments under the skin with a needle to form indelebile designs and figure permanently.
It is known that the person whe performs this or something similar does it by hand with the introduction of a needle under the skin.
We also have automatic electric tools which are able to perform tattooing.
In general the electric tools & equipment could be defective.
The presence of such electric motors, coiled motors etc. Does not help the operator to follow the proper sterilization procedures. This inconvenience could be particularly dangerous.
Be referred to the statute: n 6932 from 27.04.2004 – of the General Sanitary Direction, specifically in the guide on how to perform this procedure tattooing and/or piercing .
We declaire that:
The instrument must go through a procedure of sterilization heat.
Wieth sterilization with vapor is the method chosen that the instrument pass through, reaching a temperature of 121 °C for a minimum of twenthy minutes.
The materials or instrument must pass through an accurate cleaning befor the sterilization and the use of germicide according to the manufactures specification.
For the use of this chemical disinfectant you need to follow the normal guidelines and laws D.L. gs 626/94 and succesive modifications and updates.
In the case that the procedure implied uses electric apparatus for tattooing with needles it is necessary that:
- The tip of the needle is mounted and sterilized with vapor.
- The needle is used once only.
Dermografic Tattoo-One is made with three special metals: Iron, titanium and knotted alluminium and it can be considered an instrument with surgical qualities.
With it’s complex characteristics it does not produce heat during the operation.
The materials used in the construction of Tattoo-One are surgical metals, knotted aluminium (very light) titanium (bioactive).
The instruments can be easily washed in a disenfictive liquid.
The dermograph can be sterilised by the procedure of dry air and vapor. It is a method chosen for all surgical instruments.
